On Wednesday, October 23rd, the Slamdot crew held our Haunted Open House party and we were thrilled by the turnout! Knights, witches, princesses, banditos, cartoon characters, devils, gangsters and even a few in-the-flesh internet phenomena (hashtags and 404 errors!) were among the varied costumes.
Phil’s broadcast included interviews with Sean Christman, the founder & CEO of Slamdot, as well as Angela Floyd, owner of Angela Floyd School for Dance and Music.
A good time – and possibly too much pizza and sugar – was had by all, and several of our guests walked away with prizes, whether by winning our costume contest, our guess-how-many-candy-corns contest or the door prize. All in all we gave away a candy bouquet, a pack of seasonal beer, a candy movie bucket, a Nightmare Before Christmas dvd and several iTunes gift cards.
Thank you to everyone who came out to see us! If you didn’t make it, here’s a glimpse of the costumes and revelry that you missed out on, and we hope to see you next time!
